No Experience Necessary

All practices will be beginner friendly. As with any Yoga practice though many of the benefits are cumulative. Through regular, consistent practice it’s possible to “re-wire” your brain and effect your experience of life.

Sangha is a Sanskrit word used in many Indian languages, meaning “association”, “assembly”, “company” or “community”. And that’s what we are. A community of individuals who hold each other accountable to a regular mindfulness practice.

We explore slightly different practices each week and we’re always open to suggestions of new techniques that we can try. If you’ve got some awesome mindfulness techniques then drop me a line as I’d love to incorporate them into our session.
