About Me

Hi there, I’m Emily – welcome to my website.

Having been a Yoga student for over 20 years and having experienced first-hand the powerful impact it has on both physical and mental well-being, I am keen to share its wonders. I attained my British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in 2018 and am now progressing my studies in various areas including Meditation, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga Therapy.

I’m delighted to be teaching one on one and general, mixed ability yoga classes and sharing Yoga with my community. My aim is to create fun yoga classes which allow students to experience the many transformational benefits of yoga. Weekly Zoom Yoga Classes

Saturday Mornings

Classes are basic to intermediate so should be accessible for all from beginners to advanced yogis and each class will:

  • focus on improving strength, flexibility and general fitness
  • incorporate traditional yoga postures, deep stretching and an energising yoga flow
  • include breathing exercises to focus and calm the mind
  • end with a de-stressing and meditative guided relaxation
