Hi there, I’m Emily – welcome to my website!

Having been a Yoga student since my teens and having experienced first-hand the powerful impact it has on both physical and mental well-being, I’m keen to share its wonders. I attained my British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in 2018 and I’m currently studying a 500 hour Yoga Therapy Diploma with Yogacampus.

I’m delighted to be teaching one on one and general, mixed ability yoga classes, sharing Yoga with my community. My aim is to create fun yoga classes which allow students to experience the many transformational benefits of yoga. Weekly Yoga Classes

8:30-9:30 Saturday Morning via Zoom

9-10am Thursday Morning at Colden Common Community Centre

Community Centre address: St Vigor Way, Colden Common SO21 1UU

All my classes are beginner friendly but with enough variety and challenge for more experienced intermediate yogis. So if you’re new to yoga or if you haven’t been for a while then you are very welcome here! Each class will:

  • begin with a breathing exercise to focus and calm the mind
  • focus on improving strength, flexibility and general fitness
  • incorporate traditional yoga postures, deep stretching and a slow mindful yoga flow
  • end with a de-stressing and meditative guided relaxation
