I’m Emily — a yoga therapist helping stressed and sensitive adults in midlife shift out of survival mode and into a state of vitality, calm and reconnection.

My approach draws on ancient yogic psychology — not just for relaxation but for real transformation. Together, we work across three essential layers of change:

Through sankalpa (heart-felt intention) and affirmations, we reshape inner narratives — softening self-judgement and planting the seeds of a new self-concept.

Using sadhana — a personal practice anchored in rhythm and meaning — we craft rituals that honour your capacity, your season of life and your deeper truth.
