9 – 10am Tuesday Morning at Colden Common Church Rooms

8:30-9:30 Saturday Morning via Zoom

All my classes are beginner friendly but with enough variety and challenge for more experienced intermediate yogis. So if you’re new to yoga or if you haven’t been for a while then you are very welcome here! Each class will:

  • begin with a breathing exercise to focus and calm the mind
  • focus on improving strength, flexibility and general fitness
  • incorporate traditional yoga postures, deep stretching and a slow mindful yoga flow
  • end with a de-stressing and meditative guided relaxation

So if you’re looking to improve fitness and flexibility as well as learn some tools to manage stress then book a space.
