All my classes are beginner friendly but with enough variety and challenge for more experienced intermediate yogis. So if you’re new to yoga or if you haven’t been for a while then you are very welcome here! Each class will:
- begin with a breathing exercise to focus and calm the mind
- focus on improving strength, flexibility and general fitness
- incorporate traditional yoga postures, deep stretching and a slow mindful yoga flow
- end with a de-stressing and meditative guided relaxation
So if you’re looking to improve fitness and flexibility as well as learn some tools to manage stress then book a space.
